Lionel Messi Wins the 2025 MLS Audi Golden Boot

Lionel Messi has won the 2025 Major League Soccer (MLS) Audi Golden Boot, becoming the league's top scorer. In his second full season with Inter Miami, Messi scored 29 goals, also contributing 19 assists.

He beat Denis Bouanga of LAFC (24 goals) and Sam Surridge of Nashville SC (24 goals) to claim the award.

Messi is not only the first Golden Boot winner in Inter Miami's history but also the first Argentine player to win the award since Valentín "Taty" Castellanos, who won it in 2021 while playing for New York City FC.
